Current Situation and Development Trend of TVET in Czech

捷克作为欧洲的工业大国,职业教育与培训体系为发挥了重要作用.捷克职业教育采取早期分流的设计,教育、青年和体育部负责顶层设计,并以法律法规形式予以规范.职业教育与培训由职业院校和社会培训体系两部分组成,捷克学校督察署负责外部评估与质量保障.鉴于实体经济的比重,未来捷克亟需进一步完善职业技术教育与培训体系,开发新的就业工具以提升指导能力,并建立国家资格框架,以对接欧洲劳动力市场.

As a big industrial country in Europe, Czech's vocational education and training system has played an important role in its economy. The Czech Vocational Education is diverted at an early stage with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports in charge of top-level design and regulations. Vocational education and training are composed of vocational colleges and social training system. The Czech School Inspectorate is responsible for external evaluation and quality assurance. In view of the proportion of the real economy, Czech Republic urgently needs to further improve the vocational and technical education and training system, develop new employment tools to enhance guidance ability, and establish a national qualification framework to dock with the European labor market in the future.
