摘要
开展“双一流”建设是新时期我国高等教育发展的重大战略举措,是实现高等教育强国建设目标、提升国际竞争力的重要手段。“双一流”建设的基础在于学科。过去我们往往致力于学科知识的发展,而忽略了对学科组织的建设。学科建设要更加关注其本体价值的实现;学科组织建设与二级学院治理存在着内在的逻辑关联;学院是学科建设的直接责任主体。大学是学科建设的重要支撑,要在学科带头人所代表的个人统治和教授委员会所代表的学院式统治之间保持适当的张力,发挥学术共同体在知识操作活动中的重要作用,提升知识操作活动中的学术产出效能。
The construction of “Double First-class” is a major strategy of higher education in China, which is an important way to achieve the goal of a strong country in higher education and enhance international competitiveness. The construction of “Double First-class” should be based on discipline construction. In the past, we tend to focus on the development of discipline knowledge, but neglect the construction of discipline organization. Discipline construction should pay more attention to the realization of its ontology value;the discipline organization construction and the secondary college governance have the intrinsic logic correlation;college is the subject of direct responsibility for the construction of disciplines. University is the important support for disciplines construction, it is necessary to maintain appropriate tension between the personal governance of academic leaders and the collegiate governance of committee of professors, give play to the important role of academic community in the operation of knowledge, and enhance the efficiency of academic output in the operation of knowledge.
