慕课的文化应用:高职教育“立德树人”的策略与实现路径

摘要 高职教育要承担“立德树人”的重任。培养学生具备高度的文化自信,已成为当前高职院校人文素质教育的重要任务。以中华优秀传统文化为轴,与现代职业素养深度契合,形成现代产业和企业文化融通的理论和实践场域,是实现高职“立德树人”传统文化认同的重要策略。本文提出高职“立德树人”的策略和实现路径:考掘职业精神文化维度,推动传统文化和现代职业文化相契合;注重职业文化设计,提升语言文化落地能力;融合文化科技,提升专业语言文化创意;建构虚拟的职场文化场域,提升个性化学习空间。 Higher vocational education should undertake the important task of “cultivating people by virtue”. Cultivating students' high cultural self-confidence has become an important task of humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges. It is an important strategy to realize the traditional cultural identity of “cultivating people with virtue” in higher vocational colleges to take Chinese excellent traditional culture as the axis, deeply accord with modern professional quality, and form the theory and practice field of integrating modern industry and enterprise culture. This paper puts forward the strategy and realization path of “cultivating people by virtue” in higher vocational colleges: explore the cultural dimension of professional spirit and promote the integration of traditional culture and modern professional culture;Pay attention to the design of professional culture, improve the ability to implement language and culture;Integrate cultural science and technology to enhance professional language and cultural creativity;The construction of virtual workplace culture field, improve personalized learning space.
