基于价值创新的EPC工程项目生命周期理论及增值路径分析

Analysis of Life Cycle Theory and Value-added path of EPC Project Based on Value Innovation

目前,EPC总承包模式越来越得到国际工程建设的认可,是近年来工程建设的热点话题。在此基础上进行价值增值研究,有益于我国EPC模式的进一步发展和广泛实行。针对于该模式的特殊性与复杂性,通过引入工程项目的生命周期理论和价值链理论,对EPC工程项目全生命周期进行分析并建立相应的价值链模型。基于价值工程原理与价值创新理论,分析价值链增值机理与EPC模式的内在联系以及影响价值增值的关键因素,试图寻求EPC工程项目价值增值途径。

At present,the EPC general contracting mode is more and more recognized by the international engi. neering construction,which is a hot topic of engineering construction in recent years. On this basis,the research of value increment is beneficial to the further development and wide implementation of EPC model in China. In view of the particularity and complexity of this model,the whole life cycle of EPC engineering project is analyzed and the value chain model of EPC project is established by introducing the theory of life cycle and value chain theory of engineering project. Based on the theory of value engineering and the theory of value innovation,this pa. per analyzes the intrinsic relationship between the value chain increment mechanism and EPC model,and the key factors that affect the value increment,and tries to seek the way of value increment of EPC engineering proj. ect.
