摘要
通过对历史上大学校长的研究和对现实中大学校长的深度访谈,将大学校长的治理能力解析为以下七种:怎样建构办学理念增强自身的变革力,怎样把握学校变革发展问题的诊断力,如何通过哲学发展领导特质的思想力,怎样放下胡萝卜大棒去激励他人的育人力,在决策中怎样认识并避免认知盲点的决策力,怎样切实把握大学治理权力的实践力,怎样认识并把握大学文化的文化力。解析这七种能力后发现,优秀且成功的大学校长的这些能力流露了四种品格:以实干为信仰的大学校长是身先士卒的“发起者”;以事业为信仰的大学校长是创造希望的“鼓励者”;以团体为信仰的大学校长是以人为本的“培养者”;以公益为信仰的大学校长是乐于奉献的“主发条”。四种品格累积叠加,是大学校长成为教育家型校长的主要表征。
Through the study of the university presidents in history and the in-depth interview with the university presidents in reality,the governance ability of the university presidents is analyzed as follows:How to construct the idea of running a school to enhance its own transformative power,how to grasp the diagnostic power of the reform and development of schools,how to develop the ideological power of leadership traits through philosophy,how to put down the carrot-andstick to motivate others to cultivate the manpower,how to understand in the decision-making and avoid the decision-making power of cognitive blind spots,how to effectively grasp the practical power of university governance,and how to understand and grasp the cultural power of university culture.By analyzing these seven abilities,it is found out that these abilities of excellent and successful university presidents reveal four traits:University presidents who believe in hard work are "initiators",and university presidents who believe in careers are the "boosters" to create hope,and university presidents who believe in groups are people-oriented "incubators",and the university presidents,who believe in the public good,are the " main clockwork",which is willing to give.The cumulative superposition of four traits is the main representation of the university presidents as an educator.
