实现乡村振兴的文化建设之路

党的十九大报告首次提出,要矢志不渝地贯彻实施乡村振兴战略。这是党在新的历史征程中对农村发展作出的新一轮战略部署,是实现全面建成小康社会奋斗目标的重要环节。乡村文化建设是乡村振兴的关键,是凝心聚力的粘合剂。实施乡村振兴战略必须高举乡村文化建设的旗帜,坚决打赢乡村文化建设攻坚战。改革开放40多年来,我国乡村文化的功能价值、传承主体、文化特色、文化自信均发生不同程度的变迁。新时代要全面实施乡村振兴战略,坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战,如期实现小康社会的庄严承诺,需要坚持以社会主义核心价值观引领乡村文化建设;坚持以人为本,尊重农民的文化主体地位;严守文化根脉,抓好乡村优秀文化遗产的挖掘整理工作。这样才能不断增强乡村文化的活力,以乡村文化建设带动乡村振兴战略全面实施。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for the first time proposed that the Rural Revitalization Strategy be implemented in an unwavering manner. It is a new round of strategic deployment of the Party on rural development during the new historical journey, and an important part of realizing the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The construction of rural culture is the key of rural revitalization and the adhesive of cohesiveness. To implement the strategy of rural revitalization, the flag of rural cultural construction must be held highly, and the strong struggle of rural culture construction must be won firmly. In the over 40 years of reform and opening up, the functional value, inheritance subject, cultural characteristics and cultural self-confidence of rural culture in China have been undergone varying degrees of changes. In the New Era, in order to implement fully the rural revitalization strategy, win firmly the strong war of overcoming poverty, and realize the solemn promise of a well-off society as scheduled, the construction of rural culture must be adhered to the guidance of Socialist Core Values;the idea of people-oriented must be adhered to, and the status of cultural subject of farmers should be respected;and the cultural roots must be maintained strictly, and the excavation and arrangement of excellent cultural heritage in rural areas should be made with great efforts. Only in that way can the vitality of rural culture be enhanced continuously, and the comprehensive implementation of rural revitalization strategy be driven by the construction of rural culture.
