摘要
高职教育改革进入深水区,素质教育成为高职院校内涵建设的重点.本研究以盖洛普优势识别器和Spencer素质能力辞典为研究工具,通过测评和访谈行业企业管理人员,建立通用和岗位胜任力模型,再通过对高职学生进行优势测评,对比出差距,在高职课程中进行教学处理,转化为课程素质目标,尝试高职素质教育在教学中的实施.
The reform of higher vocational education has entered the deep water area, and quality education has become the focus of the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges. In this study, Gallup advantage recognizer and Spencer quality ability dictionary are used as research tools, through evaluation and interview with enterprise managers in the industry, the general and post competency models are established, and then the gap is compared by evaluating the advantages of higher vocational students. The teaching treatment in the higher vocational curriculum is transformed into the curriculum quality goal, and the implementation of the higher vocational quality education in the teaching is tried.
