高职院校教学管理工作探究

The Research on the Teaching Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

文章通过分析高职院校教学管理工作的现状,针对目前教学管理工作中存在的教学管理理念陈旧、教学管理制度不完善、教学管理模式单一、重教学成果轻教学过程、课程设置老旧、师德师风丧失、教学管理工作人员生存艰难等问题,提出了一些改革措施,从而可有效地促进高职院校教学管理工作的开展.

By analyzing the present situations of teaching management in higher vocational colleges,there are many problems such as the old teaching management ideas,imperfect teaching management system,the single teaching management model,the behaviour of emphasis on teaching results and light on teaching process,the antiquated curriculum,the loss of moral character and teaching culture of teachers,the difficult survival of teaching staffs and so on. The paper proposes some reform measures to effectively promote the development of teaching management in higher vocational colleges.
