摘要
在高校工作中,行政管理工作者需要负责的内容较多.因此,高校行政管理工作者具有重要价值,其可以推动高校全面发展.而激励机制的运用,是高校领导落实院校发展目标的核心路径.本文通过阐述高校运用激励机制的必要性以及运用激励机制面临的难题,最终提出相关解决措施,以期为高校在行政管理工作者群体中运用激励机制提供参考.
In the work of higher colleges, administrative management workers need to be responsible for more content. Therefore, college administrators have important value, which can promote the all-round development of higher colleges. The use of incentive mechanism is the core path for university leaders to implement the development goals of higher colleges. This paper expounds the necessity of using incentive mechanism in higher colleges and the problems faced by the application of incentive mechanism, and finally propose relevant solutions to provide reference for higher colleges to use incentive mechanism in the group of administrative management workers.
