Paramilitary management is a new model of modern education management, which is an effective way to strengthen students’ ideological and behavioral education and improve students’ comprehensive quality in the face of fire fighting system reform. By analyzing the significance and function of the use of paramilitary management in fire colleges, this paper explores the practical approach of how to cultivate students’ comprehensive ability through the innovative use of paramilitary management in firefighting colleges.
