思政教育者将时代新思想系统、全面地学习和把握是其必修的功课,同时将时代新思想全方位渗透到教材、课堂和学生头脑中更是思政教育者历史使命.因此,作为高职院校的思政课教师结合学生特点在新思想的指导与强化下,提出高职院校的马克思主义最新理论的"三进"路径尤为重要,它直接关系到新思想的大众化、时代化和践行化."三进"路径为以教师系统把握新理论,全面新释新思想来提高思政教师的理论高度为路径"进教材",以学习和贯彻新思想的世界观和方法论来激活学生为路径"进课堂",以学思并进、知行合一的原则与方法来达到实践新突破为路径"进头脑".

Ideological and political educators must study and grasp the new ideas of the times systematically and comprehensively. At the same time, it is the historical mission of ideological and political educators to infiltrate the new ideas of the times into textbooks, classrooms and students’ minds in an all-round way. Therefore, as the ideological and political teachers in higher vocational colleges, it is particularly important to put forward the "three-way" path of the latest Marxist theory in higher vocational colleges, which is directly related to the popularization, modernization and practice of new ideas. The "three-way" approach is to improve the theoretical height of ideological and political teachers by systematically grasping new theories and comprehensively interpreting new ideas. The "three-way" approach is to activate students by learning and implementing new ideas of the world outlook and methodology. The "three-way" approach is to "enter the classroom" by taking the principle and method of learning and thinking and integrating knowledge and practice as the path to achieve new breakthroughs in practice.
