辅导员工作考核评价是高校思想政治工作的重要组成部分.对辅导员的考核,关键在于具有一套完善的可操作的评价体系.当前,高校辅导员工作考核在体系、内容、方法等方面存在一些问题,新形势下要着眼于考核评价体系的科学性和完整性,秉持创新性、客观性和开放性原则,科学构建辅导员"六个一工程"考核评价体系,有利于促进高校辅导员工作的规范性和有效性,有利于推动新时代高校思想政治工作的健康发展.

The evaluation of counselors is an important part of the ideological and political work in higher colleges. The most important part of the assessment of counselors is to have a perfect and operational evaluation system. There are some problems of the system, content and methods of university counselors’ evaluation at present. We must focus on the scientificness and integrity of the evaluation system, and set up a "Six One Projects" of counselors’ evaluation system with the innovation, objectivity and openness. It is conducive to improve effectiveness of counselors’ work. It is good for the establishment of long-term mechanisms for the construction of counselors and realization of sustainable development.
