学生社会工作视角下的高校学生工作介入研究

Study on the Intervention of College Students’ Work from the Perspective of Students’ Social Work

当前复杂的社会环境中高校学生的学习成长受外界因素的影响越来越多,因此为开展更加有效的管理就需要考虑多方面的因素.当前高校基层学生工作中运用到的传统的学生工作方法已经渐渐不能满足学生管理的需要,出现了越来越多的问题.学生社会工作管理理念的提出,在很大程度上弥补了传统学生管理中存在的不足,本文就社会工作视角下高校学生工作介入进行了分析和探讨,希望能够为高校管理学生工作提供参考.

The learning growth of college students in the current complex social environment is affected by external factors. Therefore, many factors need to be considered for more effective management. The traditional methods of student work used in the work of grassroots students in colleges and universities have gradually failed to meet the needs of student management, and more and more problems have arisen. The concept of student social work management has largely compensated for the shortcomings in traditional student management. This paper analyzes and discusses the work involvement of college students in the perspective of social work, hoping to provide reference for college students to manage their work.
