高校国家助学贷款与学生诚信教育研究

Research on National Student Loan and Student Credit Education in Colleges and Universities

我国助学贷款一直以来本着让贫困大学生读得起大学的初心,由党中央、国务院主导,通过国内金融机构推行的资助政策.政策的推行,结果与预期一致,贫困学生得到了资助,也圆了"大学梦".但是因为毕业大学生存在种种问题,导致存在违约和逾期还款的现象,使国家助学贷款政策无法顺利开展.本文通过分析助学贷款工作开展、毕业生还款现状与对存在的问题进行分析和提出解决方法,从而展开对高校大学生诚信教育的研究讨论.

China’s student loan program has always been guided by the central committee of the communist party of China(CPC) and the state council, and the financial institutions in China. The results of the policy implementation are in line with expectations: poor students have been funded, thus able to realize their "university dream". However, due to various problems of graduates, there are defaults and overdue repayment, which make the national student loan policy unable to be carried out smoothly. This paper analyzes the development of student loan, the current situation of graduates’ repayment and the existing problems and puts forward solutions, so as to carry out the research and discussion on the integrity education of college students.
