The information-oriented teaching is a heated research topic in college English. As a new social medium, Vlog used to be a communication topic, but it has wide application prospects in college English teaching which is worth discovering and applying. This paper aims to analyze Vlog with respect to its characteristics, information teaching value and application in college English so as to provide a new perspective for the further development of the information teaching of college English.
