加拿大荷兰学院LINC英语教学及对高职高专公共英语教学的几点启示

摘要 目的:笔者比较所观摩加拿大荷兰学院LINC英语教学与高职高专公共英语,得出几点高职高专英语教学启示.方法:通过对LINC英语教学观察,从语言文化体现方式、教师专业发展会议及课程评价几个方面用具体教学过程展现出其与高职高专公共英语教学的不同.结果:结合高职高专英语教学特点,得到启发总结出几点启示.结论:通过比较两种不同英语教学,借鉴其可取之处,促进高职高专英语教学. The author compares LINC English teaching in Holland College of Canada with public English teaching in higher vocational colleges, and draws some enlightenments for improving English teaching in higher vocational colleges. Through the observation of LINC English teaching, the differences between LINC English teaching and public English teaching in higher vocational colleges are revealed in four aspects: the way of showing language and culture, the form English learning and teaching activities, the professional development conference and curriculum evaluation. Based on the characteristics of English teaching in higher vocational colleges, some enlightenments are summarized. This paper aims to promote English teaching in higher vocational colleges by comparing two different kinds of English teaching and learning from their advantages.
