摘要
为研究沥青胶结料高温性能是否满足高模量沥青技术要求,选择六种常用沥青胶结料,分别采用针入度、黏度、SHRP和沥青胶浆DSR试验,分级评价沥青高温性能。试验结果表明:橡胶沥青,复合改性湖沥青和岩沥青满足高模量沥青的技术要求。单一改性沥青湖沥青、岩沥青和硬沥青的黏度和累积变形不符合要求,其性能相对较差。针对高模量混合料设计时,对普通胶结料性能,必须考虑添加剂改善混合料的高温性能。
In order to study whether the high temperature performance of asphalt binder meets the technical requirements of high modulus as-phalt, this paper selects six common asphalt binders and use penetration, viscosity, the DSR test of asphalt mortar to evaluate the high tem-perature performance of asphalt. The test results show that rubber asphalt, composite modified lake asphalt and rock asphalt meet the techni-cal requirements of high modulus asphalt. The viscosity and cumulative deformation of single modified asphalt lake asphalt, rock asphalt and hard asphalt do not meet the requirements and the performance is relatively poor. For the design of high modulus mixture and the performance of binder, additives must be considered to improve the high temperature performance of the mixture.
