浅析基于性格分析的循序渐进式分层管理模式在班级(寝室)管理工作中的应用

摘要 我们在班级的管理工作中,最重要最核心的内容就是如何形成良好的学风、班风,而良好学风班风的形成离不开对班级进行建设,其中,文明班级(寝室)的建设是最重要的环节.然而,文明班级(寝室)的建设涉及的内容繁杂、对象众多,采取什么样的方法途径,怎样去协调性格各异、有想法、敢行动的这些同学是文明班级建设的突破点.我们需要尊重他们的个性,采取循序渐进、分层管理的方法,弘扬互退互让的"不怕吃亏"的宽人容人之度,从而,实现对班级管理的工作最终目标. In our class management, the most important and core content is how to form a good style of study. The formation of a good style of study is inseparable from the construction of classes, in which the construction of civilized classes(dormitories) is the most important link. However, the construction of civilized classes(dormitories) involves a lot of contents and objects. What methods and approaches should be adopted, and how to coordinate those students of different personalities who have ideas and dare to act are breakthroughs in the construction of civilized classes. We need to respect their personality, adopt a step-by-step and hierarchical management approach, promote mutual concession of "not afraid of loss" and tolerance, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of class management.
