摘要
本文以大理大学尼泊尔籍和印度籍临床医学专业四届毕业生为调查对象,通过对两国毕业生回国后参加执业医师资格考试的通过率进行分析,讨论了学校现行的临床医学专业留学生培养方案与两国执业医师资格考试要求和内容的差异与不足.建议根据两国执业医师资格考试内容及要求完善培养方案;建立执业医师资格考试考前培训机制;健全留学生全员育人机制等,进而达到提高教学质量,增强就业竞争力,提高大理大学办学国际化影响力的目的.
This paper includes graduates in clinical medicine from India and Nepal who studied in Dali University as the investigation subjects, comparing their pass rate of doctors’ qualifications license examination, discussing the differences and deficiencies between the current training program and the requirements and contents of the qualification examination for medical practitioners in the two countries. Suggestions such as improving the training program according to the content and requirements of the two countries’ medical licensing examinations, establishing a training mechanism for the qualification examination of medical practitioners, improving the education mechanism of overseas students are proposed so as to help improve the quality of teaching, enhance international students’ competitiveness of employment and further advance the international influence of Dali University.
