摘要 近些年来,我国教育事业的发展十分迅速.但远程教育作为现代教育系统中的重要组成部分,因为开始较晚,所以还没有取得太大的发展.另外,其在发展的过程中也面临着很多的重要矛盾.本文就结合我国远程教育教师角色与素养的发展现状来对远程教育教师角色动态化与素养进行探究,并为其提供相关合理化的建议. In recent years, the development of education in our country is very rapid. However, distance education is an important part of the modern education system. Because it started late, it has not yet achieved much development. In addition, it also faces many important contradictions in the process of development. Based on the development of the role and accomplishment of distance education teachers in our country, this paper explores the dynamic role and accomplishment of distance education teachers and provides some suggestions for their rationalization.
