集团化办学对推进中高职教育链接机制有效性研究

摘要 集团化办学的实施,可对资源进行共享化利用,全面提升学校的教学质量.文章对集团化办学进行论述,对中高职教育链接机制进行探析,从目标培养、体系培养和管理模式三方面对中高职教育链接现状进行分析,在正确的教育理念的管理下,将中高职教育进行体系融合,充分发挥集团化办学的作用,可有效推进中高职教育的链接进程. The implementation of group-based education can share resources and improve the quality of teaching. The paper discusses the group-run school, analyzes the link mechanism of the middle and higher vocational education as well as the status quo of the link of the middle and higher vocational education from the three aspects of goal training, system training and management mode. Under the management of the correct educational concept, with the integration of higher vocational education system, giving full play to the role of group-based education, this paper can effectively promote the link process of secondary vocational education.
