摘要
人力资本理论认为个人在知识、技能、培训、健康等方面的提升可以大大促进社会生产率的提高,而家庭经济困难生由于家庭经济、个人心理、认知、学习能力、教育背景等方面存在劣势,凸显出诸多问题.高校、社会应该形成合力营造良好的教育氛围、搭建合适的平台、宽容的社会环境去帮助家庭经济困难生.同时,困难生本人也应该树立积极的心态、科学的就业价值观、建立自信、积极提高综合能力,从而提高就业竞争力.
Human capital theory believes that the improvement of individuals in terms of knowledge, skills, training, health, etc. can greatly promote the improvement of social productivity, while family economic difficulties students have disadvantages in terms of family economy, personal psychology, cognition, learning ability, and educational background. It highlights many problems. Universities and the society should work together to create a good educational atmosphere, build suitable platforms, and tolerate a social environment to help students with financial difficulties. At the same time, students with financial difficulties should establish a positive attitude, scientific employment values, build confidence, and actively improve comprehensive capabilities to enhance employment competitiveness.
