民族志方法在人类学和社会科学领域已有诸多应用,特别是教育领域也出现了教育民族志研究,但在社会工作实践教学方面的研究还存在一定空白.社会工作实践教学主要包括个案工作、小组工作、社区工作三大核心课程的实践教学,也包括社会调查、社会工作实习及其他应用领域课程的教学.结合民族志方法的内涵和特征分析,社会工作实践教学的场景性、参与性、教学形式多样性以及社工教师自身条件都有利于开展民族志研究,民族志方法也创新了社会工作实践教学研究视角.社工教师可以通过确定研究问题、掌握研究步骤、重视研究伦理以及正视研究局限等策略开展社会工作实践教学民族志研究.社工教师运用民族志方法为完善社会工作实践教学方法、提高教学质量开辟了另一条路径.

The method of ethnography in anthropology and social sciences has many applications, especially in the field of education has also appeared in the educational ethnography, but research in social work practice teaching is still blank. The social work practice teaching mainly includes the case work, the group work and the community work three core curriculum practices of teaching, it also includes the social investigation, the social work practice and other application domain curriculum teaching. Combined with the connotation and characteristics of the methods of ethnography, social work practice teaching scene, teaching forms of participation, diversity and conditions of social work teachers are conducive to the development of ethnographic research, ethnography is an innovation perspective of social work practice teaching research. Social work teachers can carry out social work practice teaching ethnography research by identifying research questions, mastering research steps, attaching importance to research ethics, and studying the limitations of research. Social work teachers use ethnography to open up another path for improving social work practice teaching methods and improving teaching quality.
