On the Connotation and Value of Teachers’ Internet Lifestyle

摘要 教师网络生活方式是教师旨在满足生存与发展需要、实现生命价值与意义、提高生活质量,以数字化符号为中介,在虚拟的网络世界中逐渐形成的、相对稳定的网络活动形式及行为特征的总和。教师网络生活方式反映了教师网络活动的内容、形式和特征,具有目的指向性、多样复杂性、虚实二重性、技术依附性、交互生成性等特点。作为教师网络活动的具体样式,教师网络生活方式的价值是多元的,主要包括满足教师现实生存需要、促进教师专业发展与自我完善、调适教师的网络行为与心理等内在价值,以及引领学生网络生活方式健康发展、助推网络教学文化持续发展、推动社会生活良序发展等外在价值。 Teachers internet lifestyleis the sum of stable internet activity forms and behavior characteristics gradually formed by teachers in virtual world with digital symbols as intermediaryin order to meet the needs of survival and development,realize the value and meaning of life,and improve the quality of life.Teachers internet lifestyle reflects the contents,forms and characteristics of teachers internet activities,which characterized bypurpose-orientation,the complexity of diversity,dualism of virtual and real,technology reliance and interaction generation.As the representation of teachers internet activities,teachers internet lifestyle has diverse values,which includeon the one hand,the intrinsic value of satisfying teachers basic survival needs,promoting their professional development and self-improvement,matchingtheir internet behavior with psychology;on the other hand,the extrinsic value of leading students towards healthy internet lifestyles,promoting the sustainable development of online teaching and facilitating social life in a sound way.
