The Convergence of Information, Data and Ethics: A Summary of the 9th International Conference on Information Capital,Property & Ethics

面对数据时代信息安全、数据权益、隐私保护以及相关政策和管理的挑战,第九届“信息资本、产权与伦理国际学术交流研讨会”重点探讨了信息政策、政府数据、个人信息等领域的理论与实践问题。文章以会议的主题报告及研究论文为综述对象,从信息资本及其管理,数据资产、政策及其治理,信息与数据伦理三个角度进行评述。

Nowadays,human beings are moving into the era of information. Therefore,information security,data rights, privacy protection, and the related policies and management issues are increasingly challenged and concerned. In June 2019, the 9th International Conference on Information Capital, Property and Ethics was successfully held in Zhuhai. The conference focused on new issues in theory and practice of information policy, government data and personal information. This article reviews the topical reports and research papers on information capital and its management,data capital,policy and its governance,information and data ethics, and others. It also attempts to reveal the current status and trends of big data, information and data capital in artificial intelligence,government data policy,and related ethical research.
