Principles,Ideas and Framework of the Construction of Chinese Ancient Book Conservation Technology System

中国亟需构建完整规范的古籍修复技术体系,奠立古籍修复学的技术基础。古籍修复技术体系的构建应符合科学性、系统性和开放性原则,完善古籍修复技术体系的体例,借鉴现有技术体系成果,借助数字技术优势,经验性技术和科学性技术并重,实现古籍修复技术各系统的整合。

There have been all kinds of mature conservation technologies for Chinese ancient books. Thus,it is necessary to integrate such technologies and construct an overall standardized technology system,so as to lay solid foundations for further studies on Chinese ancient book conservation and provide systematic technological support for further restoration of Chinese ancient books. Such a system should be constructed under the guidance of the National Center for Preservation and Conservation of Ancient Books,in accord with principles of scientificalness, systematicness and openness,and on the basis of current technologies. In order to realize the organic integration of all interrelated technologies,it is necessary to make full use of the advantages of the digital age,attaching equal importance to both empirical and scientific technologies.
