加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学藏“蒲坂藏书”的收藏特点——以蒲坂别集为视角

A Primary Study on the Characteristics of the “Puban Collection” in UBC——With a Focus on Its Collected Works

不列颠哥伦比亚大学图书馆是加拿大馆藏中文古籍最多的图书馆,“蒲坂藏书”是其最重要的中文收藏。文章在数据统计的基础之上对“蒲坂藏书”的别集存藏情况及其特点进行探讨,并讨论蒲坂藏书之收藏特点:从内容看,“蒲坂藏书”具有较强的学术性与系统性;从版本看,“蒲坂藏书”多善本、多文集在明清时期主要版本,还有一批广东名人题跋批校本。

The University of British Columbia Library houses the largest collection of Chinese ancient books in Canada, and the “Puban Collection” is the most important Chinese collection in UBC. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the collected works in the “Puban Collection”,and then tries to make clear the characteristics of the “Puban Collection”. It is found out that the“Puban Collection”consists of a lot of academic and systematic works,among which there are many rare books,including those printed in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Besides, many books of the “Puban Collection” have prefaces, postscripts, and annotations by some distinguished scholars of Guangdong Province,which are of great academic significance.
