摘要 采用水热合成方法制备绿铬矿晶型的Fe、V共掺杂Cr2O3催化剂,通过紫外可见光谱、红外光谱对合成复合材料进行表征,通过X射线粉末衍射仪和X光电子能谱仪对其存在形式和成分分析。将催化剂用于光催化降解模拟亚甲基蓝(MB)染料废水,并通过添加不同捕获剂分析光催化原理。结果表明,Fe和V元素成功掺杂Cr2O3粉体中,且在紫外和可见光区有很好光响应。优化工艺条件下制取的复合材料对MB降解率可达97.8%。同样体系分别加入捕获剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠、叔丁醇和对苯醌时降解率为6.3%、86%和85.5%,说明光催化降解过程产生了电子空穴(h^+)、羟基自由基(HO·)和氧负离子(O2^-·)3种活性物种,其中电子空穴起主导作用。 Fe/V doped Cr2O3 catalyst were successfully prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method.The prepared composites were characterized by UVVis spectra and IR,and the existence form and composition were also analyzed by XRD and XPS.The catalyst was used for methylene blue(MB)dye wastewater photo-degradation,and the photocatalysis mechanism was studied by scavengers addition.Result showed that the Fe/V doped Cr2O3 composites had very good response under ultraviolet and visible light.The photocatalytic degradation rate of MB could reach 97.8%by composites under optimum technology conditions.When different scavengers(EDTA,t-BuOH and BQ)were separately added the systems,the degradation rate respectively reached6.3%,86%and 85.5%,showing that the electron hole(h^+),hydroxyl radical(HO·)and negative oxygen ion(O2^-·)produced in photo-degradation process and the electron hole played leading role.
