摘要
以实际废水为研究对象,建立了厌氧/好氧序批式反应器,探究了三聚氰酸对生物除磷性能的影响并进一步探究其影响机理。结果表明,低含量(ρ(CA)为0.02 mg/L)对COD、生物除磷效率影响不明显;当ρ(CA)升高至0.1、0.5 mg/L时,稳定时期出水COD基本维持在50.3~56.2、70.3~75.6 mg/L,可溶性磷酸盐(SOP)的质量浓度分别为0.51、0.52 mg/L,均显著高于空白组。高含量CA能降低单位周期内COD的消耗,从而导致胞内聚合物聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)厌氧期含量降低。当ρ(CA)为0.1、0.5 mg/L时,PHA的最大浓度为3.8、3.2 mmol/L,分别为空白组的0.79和0.66倍。厌氧期PHA含量降低导致后续好氧期氧化分解产能下降。高含量CA促进了活性污泥系统中糖原质含量的变化。
An anaerobic/aerobic sequencing batch reactor was established to study the effect of cyanuric acid on biological phosphorus removal and its mechanism,and the practical wastewater as the research object.The results showed that,low content CA(ρ(CA)was 0.02 mg/L)had no obvious effect on COD and biological phosphorus removal efficiency.However,when theρ(CA)increased to 0.1 and 0.5 mg/L,the effluent COD remained at 50.3~56.2 mg/L and 70.3~75.6 mg/L during the stable period,and the mass concentration of soluble phosphate(SOP)was 0.51 mg/L and 0.52 mg/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the blank group.High content of CA could reduce the consumption of COD in unit cycle,leading to the decrease of the content of intracellular polymer polyhydroxyalkanoate(PHA)during anaerobic period.When theρ(CA)was 0.1 and 0.5 mg/L,the maximum concentration of PHA was 3.8 mmol/L and 3.2 mmol/L,which were 0.79 and 0.66 times of the blank group,respectively.The decrease of PHA content during anaerobic period led to the decline of oxidation capacity during subsequent aerobic period.High content of CA promoted the changes of glycogen content in activated sludge system.
