反渗透技术对南疆咸水淡化处理的适应性 被引量:4

Adaptability of Reverse Osmosis Technology for Salt Water Desalination in Southern Xinjiang

摘要 以南疆反渗透淡化技术实际工程为依托,研究了反渗透技术对南疆特质咸水淡化效果,核算了淡化工程经济效益,并探讨了反渗透技术适应性。结果表明,反渗透技术对南疆特质咸水具有良好淡化效果;淡化工程产水单价1.58元/m^3;工艺中未添加药剂时,地下咸水较为适宜于淡化工程;以农田排水作为原水时,应添加絮凝剂、混凝剂;基于南疆咸水特质,工艺中应加入盐酸与石灰;淡化工程产水单价高于当地农业用水价格,可通过增加产水总量、加长膜更换周期、浓缩水晒盐等途径提高淡化工程经济效益。可为南疆咸水再利用模式建立及运行参数确定提供参考。 Experiment based on the practical engineering of reverse osmosis desalination technology in southern Xinjiang,the effect of reverse osmosis technology on salt water desalination in southern Xinjiang was researched,the economic benefits of desalination project was calculated and the adaptability of reverse osmosis technology was discussed.The results showed that the reverse osmosis technique had a good desalination effect on salt water in southern Xinjiang.The price of water which were produced by desalination project was 1.58 yuan/m^3.When no agent was added to the process,salt groundwater was more suitable for desalination projects.When the raw water was originated from farmland drainage,flocculants and coagulants should be added;based on the characteristics of salt water in southern Xinjiang,hydrochloric acid and lime should be added in this technology.The unit price of water production in desalination projects was higher than the local irrigation water price,and the economic benefits of desalination projects could be improved by increasing the total amount of water production,lengthening the membrane replacement cycle,and concentrating water and drying salt.The conclusion provides reference basis for the establishment of saltwater reuse model and the determination of operating parameters in southern Xinjiang.
