精准扶贫是我国三十年来扶贫工作的重要举措创新,目前精准扶贫已经到了攻坚克难的全面冲刺阶段。但是,精准扶贫工作依然有许多缺点和不足,表现在扶贫领域立法缺失、扶贫监督机制不完善、扶贫干部法治意识淡薄等方面,因此,实施扶贫立法、加大扶贫监督力度、提高扶贫干部法纪意识有助于精准扶贫法治化的有效实现。

Precise poverty alleviation is an important measure innovation of poverty alleviation in china for 30 years.At present,the precise poverty alleviation has reached the stage of attack hard.There are still many disadvantages and deficiency from the current precise poverty alleviation work in china.For example,there is a lack of legislation in the poverty alleviation field and the supervision mechanism for precise poverty alleviation is not perfect.Therefore,the implementation of poverty allevation legislation,strengthening of poverty allevation supervision and improving the awareness of law and discipline of poverty allevation cadres are conducive to the effective realization of targeted poverty alleviation by law.
