大学生协商民主的现状调查与分析——以宁波大学为例

Investigation and analysis on the present situation of college students ’ deliberative democracy——Taking Ningbo University as an example

协商民主是对公民有序参与政治生活的肯定。大学生群体作为社会参与主体中的重要组成部分,应积极参与到协商民主实践中来,推进协商民主建设。通过对宁波大学在读本科生及硕士研究生进行了关于协商民主现状的专题问卷调查,并在数据分析的基础上,分别从大学生协商民主意识、协商民主实践等几个方面,探索大学生协商民主实践中出现的问题。同时分析问题产生的原因,针对性地提出应对措施,即拓宽大学生协商民主知识的学习途径、增强大学生协商民主参与意识、打造大学生协商平台、畅通协商民主渠道、完善监督反馈机制、健全协商民主制度。

Deliberative democracy is the affirmation of citizen's orderly participation in political life.As an important part of social participation,college students should actively participate in the practice of deliberative democracy and promote the construction of deliberative democracy.This paper makes a special questionnaire survey on the present situation of deliberative democracy among undergraduates and postgraduates in Ningbo University,and on the basis of data analysis,explores the problems in the practice of deliberative democracy among college students from the aspects of deliberative democracy consciousness and deliberative democratic practice.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward the countermeasures,that is,to widen the way for students to consult democratic knowledge,to strengthen the participation consciousness of the students'consultation and democracy,to construct the consultation platform for the students and to perfect the supervision feedback mechanism.
