Research on the transformation and development of English Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges from the perspective of "one belt and one road"

“一带一路”倡议是我国发展过程中的一项重要决策。英语,作为全球使用最广泛的语言,在整个倡议的推进中起着举足轻重的作用。高职高专的英语教学有别于本科英语教学,在教学过程中应突出语言的实用性。本文从高职高专英语教学面临的机遇和挑战出发,剖析了高职高专英语教学的现状,提出从多渠道推动高职高专英语教学的稳步转型。

The strategy of"one belt and one road"is an important decision in the process of China's development.English,as the most widely used language in the world,plays an important role in promoting the whole strategy.English teaching in higher vocational colleges is different from undergraduate English teaching.The practicability of language should be highlighted in the teaching process.Starting from the opportunities and challenges faced by English teaching in Higher Vocational colleges,this paper analyses the present situation of English teaching in Higher Vocational colleges,and proposes to promote the steady transformation of English teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges from multiple channels.
