我国西部地区物流业升级水平测度与分析

Measurement and Analysis on the Upgrading Level of Logistics Industry in Western China

产业升级发展是新时代经济发展的必然要求,是确保产业持续竞争力的重要手段。本文从现有的相关文献研究出发,选取物流业发展、物流业效率、物流业集中度、物流业资源节约、物流业环境保护和物流业技术创新六个指标,构建了物流业升级水平测度指标体系。采用改进熵值法,利用11个省市区2006-2015年的面板数据,对我国西部地区物流业升级水平进行了测度,并对测度指标进行了分析。结果表明,西部地区物流业升级水平的指标权重从大到小依次是物流业技术创新、效率、发展、集中度、资源节约和环境保护;物流业呈现出了缓慢的升级趋势;各省市区物流业的各项指标都在低位运行,存在一定的差异,如广西的物流业发展和集中度较好,新疆的物流业效率较好,青海的资源节约和环境保护较好,内蒙古的技术创新较好。

Industrial upgrading is the inevitable requirement in the new era,which is an important means to ensure the sustained competitiveness of the industry. Basing on the existing researches,this paper selects six indicators which are logistics development, logistics efficiency,logistics concentration,logistics resource conservation,logistics environmental protection and logistics technological innovation,establishes an index system for measuring the upgrading level of logistics industry. Using the improved entropy method and panel data of 11 provinces from 2006 to 2015, the upgrading level of logistics industry in Western China is measured,and the index is analyzed. The results show that:(1) The order of index weight on logistics industry upgrading level in western China is technological innovation,efficiency,development,concentration,resource conservation and environmental protection;(2) The level of logistics industry shows a slow growth trend;(3) Each index of logistics industry in provinces is running at a low level,and there are some differences among them. The development and concentration of logistics industry in Guangxi are better,the efficiency of logistics industry in Xinjiang is better,the resource conservation and environmental protection in Qinghai are better,and the technological innovation in Inner Mongolia is better.
