语文教学需夯实语文基础——从国民语文素养的隐忧谈起

摘要 语文基础薄弱是近年来国民语文素养的突出问题,其根源在于中小学语文教学对语文基础训练的忽视,具体表现在:教学目标和内容杂糅,遮蔽了语文课程“培养学生语言文字应用能力”的根本目的任务;教学的浮泛,挤压了扎实的训练;应试语文的盛行,掩盖了生活语文。提高国民语文素养,打牢语文基础是关键,这需要厘清语文课程性质,进一步明确语文教学的根本目的和任务,扎扎实实进行语文训练,同时,正确发挥语文考试评价的导向功能,使应试语文向生活语文转轨。 Weak Chinese foundation is an outstanding issue of national Chinese literacy in recent years,which is due to the neglect of basic Chinese training in Chinese teaching of primary and secondary schools.The problem is mainly reflected in three aspects.First,a blurry mixture of teaching goals and content obscures the fundamental task of Chinese course to cultivate students ability of language application.Second,the impractical teaching reduces the time of solid training.Finally,the prevalence of test-oriented Chinese takes the place of living Chinese.The key to improve national Chinese literacy is to strengthen the Chinese foundation,for which we need clarify the nature of Chinese course,further clarify the fundamental purpose and task of Chinese teaching and carry out Chinese training in a down-to-earth manner.Meanwhile,we should give full play to the guiding function of the Chinese examination evaluation so as to make the exam-oriented Chinese turn to the living Chinese.
