摘要
法律职业教育是法学教育的重要环节。文章从法律职业教育发展入手,提出法律思维教育欠缺的问题,探讨了在法学教育中如何培养学生的法律思维。
Legal vocational education is an important part of legal education. From the development of legal vocational education, this paper puts forward the problem of the lack of legal thinking education and discusses how to train students’ legal thinking in legal education.
