摘要
高职学生关键能力由知识、技能和品德三个维度构成,高职学生关键能力系统由个人能力和社会能力两大子系统构成。高职学生关键能力模型与系统的构建,不仅有利于深化对高职学生关键能力的认识和理解,而且还有利于高素质技术技能人才培养。
The key competence of higher vocational students is composed of three dimensions: knowledge, skill and character.The construction of the model and system of the key competence is not only conducive to deepening the understanding of higher vocational students’ key competence, but also beneficial to the cultivation of high-quality talents.
