摘要
在高职院校学生管理工作中引入文化育人是提高管理效率、实现学生素质教育的重要举措。文化育人的隐形性、渗透性、差异性、长期性和整体性特点与学生管理工作具有内在的一致性。为促进高职院校文化建设,必须积极探索学生管理在目标、内容、方式和评价等方面的新路径,以更好地发挥文化育人的功能。
It is an important measure to improve the management efficiency and realize the quality education by introducing culture to the student management in higher vocational colleges. The invisible, permeable, different, long-term and integral characteristics of cultural education have inherent consistency with student management. In order to promote the cultural construction of higher vocational colleges,we must actively explore the new path of student management in terms of goals, contents, methods, and evaluation, so as to better play the function of cultural education.
