后现代主义的娱乐表述——浅谈互联网时代美剧中的“小镇情结”

The Entertaining Expression of Postmodernism: Discussion on “Small-Town Complex” in American TV Series in the Internet Age

互联网时代美国电视剧大片盛行,但“小镇情结”不但存在且愈演愈烈,甚至演绎出两种不同形态的文化主题:解构性后现代主义心灵家园的无限诡异,以及建设性后现代主义回归之路的无限怀旧。本文从美国“小镇文学”出发,通过研究不同时期不同文化思潮下“小镇情结”文化主题的演变,确定美剧“小镇情结”的原型,进而论述互联网时代美剧中后现代主义“小镇情结”的类型区分和本质属性。

American TV dramas are very popular in the internet era, but the “small-town complex” not only exists but also becomes more and more intense, and even presents two different cultural themes: the infinite weirdness of deconstructive postmodernism's spiritual home, and the infinite nostalgia of constructive postmodernism's return road. This article embarks from the American small town literature, by studying the evolution of the cultural theme of “small-town complex” in different periods under different cultural ideological trend, and investigating the change in current situation from quad dimension of society, culture, media and audience, thus to discusses the type classification and essential attribute of postmodern “town complex” in American TV series in the internet age.
