Problems and Strategies: Reflections on the Chinese Classics Reading of Primary School Students

国学经典是中华民族传统文化的精华,小学生阅读"国学经典"是基础教育人文传统与精神回归的需要。但就目前小学生"国学经典"阅读热潮来看,存在着阅读教材良莠不齐,阅读氛围不浓,学生阅读情绪不高,时间不稳定,教师、家长教育短视等问题。充分考虑学生个体差异,营造良好的阅读文化氛围、注重"国学经典"阅读教材开发,培养良好的阅读习惯,保证阅读充足的时间,是提高小学生"国学经典"阅读质量的有效策略。

The Chinese Classics are the essence of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation. The reading of the " Chinese Classics" by primary school students is necessary for the return of the humanities tradition and spirit of basic education. However,in terms of the reading craze of the " Chinese Classics" by primary school students,there exist problems such as poor reading materials,lack of reading atmosphere,students’ low reading mood,unstable time,short-sightedness of teachers and parents. Therefore,considering the individual differences of students,creating a good cultural atmosphere for reading,paying attention to the development of Chinese reading materials,cultivating good reading habits and ensuring sufficient reading time are all the effective strategies to improve the reading quality of Chinese Classics by primary school students.
