基于高职院校视角的训导师制的探索与实践——以闽西职业技术学院为例

随着社会大环境的巨大变化,教育环境也日趋复杂化,加上高职院校生源的特殊性,传统的高职院校学生管理模式面临着巨大的挑战。闽西职业技术学院创造性尝试推行训导师制,为构建全员育人、全方位育人、全过程育人即“三全育人”工作体系开辟出新路子。

With the great changes in social environment,the educational environment is becoming more and more complicated. Due to the particularity of the students in higher vocational colleges,the traditional management mode for higher vocational college students is facing great challenges. Minxi vocational and technical college creatively tries to carry out the system of training and mentoring,which opens up a new way for the construction of the whole staff education,all - round education and the whole process of education,namely the “three aspects of education”work system.
