新时代高职院校扩招后,不同的教育对象对高职院校思想政治教育带来了不同程度的冲击。结合新时代高职院校思想政治工作的新要求、理清扩招后学生思想政治工作面临的新挑战,从把握扩招学生思想特征、重新制定思想政治工作规划、加强心理健康教育、提升思政队伍综合素养以及重构“三全一高”育人新模式角度出发,进一步创新新时代高职院校扩招后学生思想政治工作新路径。
