摘要
从人、机、料、法、环、管六个方面考虑施工项目安全风险的影响因素,建立施工项目安全风险评价指标体系。将层次分析法和区间直觉模糊集相结合构建施工项目安全风险评价模型,采用信息熵确定指标权重以及利用区间直觉模糊加权算术平均算子处理有效评价信息,并在评价结果的表达上进行改进,最终实现施工项目安全风险等级评价。通过算例分析表明,该模型不仅可以确定施工项目安全风险等级,还能对评价对象存在的问题进行具体地识别和分析,具有较强的可操作性。
The construction industry is the pillar industry of China's national economy, but the security accidents that occur in the course of the construction process frequently lead to severe casualties and property losses. In order to effectively prevent safety accidents and ease safe production situation of construction, construction project safety risk evaluation system is established by considering the influencing factors of construction project safety risks from six aspects which include personnel, machinery and equipment, raw materials, rules, environment and management. The construction project safety risk assessment model is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process and the interval intuitionistic fuzzy set. Information entropy is used to determine the index weight and the interval intuitionistic fuzzy weighted arithmetic average operator is used to process the effective evaluation information, and the evaluation results are improved. The analysis of the example shows that the model can not only determine the safety risk level of the construction project, but also specifically identify and analyze the problems existing in the evaluation object, which has strong operability.
