阿荣旗绿色农业发展研究

Research on the Development of Green Agriculture in Arun Banner

绿色农业是现代农业发展的新方向,近年来绿色农业的发展迅速已成为农业发展中的“朝阳产业”和“高效产业”。发展绿色农业对解决“三农”问题,提高农业生产能力、提高农民收入以及改善生态环境具有重要意义。文中以内蒙古自治区呼伦贝尔市阿荣旗为例,在阐述了绿色农业的概念和特点的基础上,分析了阿荣旗绿色农业发展现状、阿荣旗发展绿色农业优势以及制约因素。文末以特色基地、投融资渠道、科学管理、流通体系为出发点,提出了相应的对策建议。

In recent years, green agriculture has rapidly become a "sunrise industry" and an "efficient industry" in agricultural development. To Facilitate green agriculture is of great significance to solve the problems concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers, upgrade agricultural production capacity, increase farmers' incomes and improve the ecological environment. Taking Arun Banner of Hulunbeier City in Inner Mongolia as an example, on the basis of expounding the concept and characteristics of green agriculture, this paper analyzes the development status of green agriculture in Arun Banner, as well as advantages and the constraints of Arun Banner in boosting green agriculture. At the end of the paper, based on the characteristic base, investment and financing channels, scientific management and circulation system, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
