开放获取是网络环境中发展起来的一种新型文献信息资源交流和出版模式,其目的是实现文献信息的自由传播。开放获取资源建设理念为蒙古文文献的完善和传播提供了良好的契机。《江格尔》是蒙古民间文学经典之一,已有一定储备,但储存形式及传播情况、译文等方面存在些问题。因此完善《江格尔》文献资源,对纸质版《江格尔》进行数字化建设,在“互联网+”,开放获取时代下,利用先进技术和传播渠道,扩大《江格尔》文献的传播与推广,拓展《江格尔》研究新领域,最好建设为开放获取资源。

Open access is a new type of document information resource exchange and publishing mode developed in the network environment. Its purpose is to freely disseminate document information. The concept of open access to resources provides a good opportunity for the improvement and dissemination of Mongolian literature. Jangar is one of the classics of Mongolian folk literature, with some accumulated resources, but there are still some problems in storage, dissemination and translation of this classic. Therefore, it is crucial to enhance the document resources of Jangar and enhance the digital publication of the paper version of Jangar. In the era of "Internet Plus" and open access, it is better to use advanced technology and communication channels to further disseminate Jangar and related documents, expand the new research scope of Jangar and construct open access resources.
