摘要
提高研究生创新实践能力,亟需建立多元主体参与研究生创新实践基地建设的长效机制。以共生理论为基础,通过对共生环境、共生主体、共生能量、共生模式的分析总结出合作共赢长效机制的关键因素,即共赢利益、合作技术、人才理念,据此构建利益驱动机制、技术攻关机制、人才培养机制的“循环”长效机制,从政策保障、理论保障、管理保障三个方面提出研究生创新实践基地建设长效机制的保障措施。
In order to improve the innovative practice abilities of postgraduates, there is an urgent need to establish a long-term mechanism for multi-subject participation in the construction of innovative practice bases. On the basis of Co-Existing Theory, this paper summarizes the three key factors of the long-term mechanism of win-win cooperation by analyzing the environment, subjects, energy and mode of co-existence. The three key factors are win-win benefits, cooperative technology and talent concept. Accordingly, a "circular" long-term mechanism is constructed, including interests-driven mechanisms, key technology mechanisms and talent training mechanisms. At last, this paper puts forward supporting measures for the construction of the long-term mechanism of postgraduate innovative practice bases from three aspects: policy guarantee, theoretical assurance and management support.
