摘要
教师激励机制是学校为实现其发展目标,根据教师的个人需要,最大化激发出教师工作的积极性、主动性和创造性而制定的行之有效的教师管理制度。对广西389名职业院校教师的问卷调查发现:职业院校教师激励机制构建环境较好,教师构建意愿强烈;教师激励机制问题较多,教师满意度不是非常理想;职业院校教师激励措施单一、创新性不强。改进职业院校教师激励机制构建的现状,需要明确职业院校教师激励机制构建的原则,区别构建职业院校教师激励机制,注重职业院校教师激励措施的多样性。
For schools to achieve their development goals,teachers' incentive mechanism is an effective management system that can maximize the motivation,initiative and creativity of teachers.The questionnaire survey of 389 teachers of vocational colleges in Guangxi manifests that the construction environment of the incentive mechanism in vocational colleges is preferable,with strong supports from teachers.On the other hand,this system is still problematic,which makes teachers unsatisfactory.Moreover,incentive measures are simple and backward.To improve the current situation of the incentive mechanism of vocational colleges,it is necessary to define the principles of its construction,build various mechanisms,and pay attention to diversifying measures.
