学生课程实践操作意愿分析——以《房地产评估》课程为例

Analysis of Students’ Willingness to Participate in the Practical Operation of Curricula——Taking Real Estate Appraisal as an Example

《房地产评估》作为资产评估专业重要的必修课程,其实践性和技巧性较强,而学生只有通过实践操作才能体验并增强专业的实践性。通过对资产评估专业学生实践操作积极性调查了解学生的意愿、设计有针对性的实践操作项目,以实践加深对理论的理解,用理论来指导实践,最终达到理论与实践的完美结合,从而实现该课程的教学目的。

As a compulsory course of asset evaluation, real estate appraisal is of strong practicality and skills.Only through practical operation can students accumulate experience in this specialty.By means of investigating students' enthusiasm for practical operation,this paper is to design projects aiming to improve their application capabilities.Through practice,it is feasible to deepen students' understanding of the theory,and in return use theory to instruct their practice.With the theory and practice combined,the teaching goal of this course will be achieved.
