Research on University Archives Resource Datalization Strategy Based on the OFD Standard

档案资源数据化应是新时代档案事业发展的目标。文章基于OFD标准,以高校为具体应用场景,研究满足档案资源数据化需求的实施策略,包括对数据化资源充分包容与主要资源形态间顺畅转换的支持、对档案资源元数据体系充分支持、对本体论知识库充分支持、对档案资源协同过滤机制充分支持等方面。

The datalization of archival resources should be the goal of the archives development in the new era. Based on the OFD standard, the paper takes universities as specific application scenario, and studies the implementation strategies to meet the needs of archival resources datalization. These strategies mainly include being supportive to sufficient inclusiveness for various datalized resource and smooth transition between major resource forms, being supportive to archival resources metadata, being supportive to ontological knowledge base and being supportive to archival resources collaborative filtering mechanism.
