摘要
近年来正念相关的实证研究在我国发展迅速,与此同时,正念干预的实践开展呈现多样化特点,专业和规范程度参差不齐,正念研究对实践的引领和与实践的结合仍待加强。本共识就正念的定义及概况、正念的身心效果、正念应用的相关要求、常见的正念练习和正念相关的干预展开讨论,以提髙我国正念相关研究、实践、教育和传播工作的科学性、规范性及其质量水平。
Mindfulness related empirical studies in China has been rapidly developed in recent years. Meanwhile, the practice of mindfulness intervention is diversified, and the degree of professionalism and norm is still uneven. The guidance of mindfulness research in practice and the integration between mindfulness research and practice are yet to be strengthened. This consensus discusses the definition and overview of mindfulness, the effects in body and mind of mindfulness, the requirements of mindfulness application, the common mindfulness exercises and mindfulness related interventions. It is our hope that the consensus will enhance the scientificity, normalization and quality of mindfulness related research, practice, education and propaganda.
